🎯 Team Darts: Rules & Scoring
🏆 1. Match Format (Team Play)
Here are two formats companies use most often. .
A: 501 Double Out
B 301 Singel Out
Each team works together to reduce their score from 501 / 301 to exactly 0.
How it works
-
Teams of 2–3 players.
-
Players throw in a fixed order (e.g., Player 1 → Player 2 → Player 3 → back to Player 1).
-
Each player throws 3 darts per turn.
-
Subtract the total scored from the team’s running total.
-
You must finish on a double (outer ring) or bullseye.
Bust rule
If a team:
-
goes below 0
-
hits 1 when a double is required
-
or hits 0 without a double
…the entire turn is invalid, and the score resets to what it was before that turn.
